View Customers

While out and about you can view your Service Desk customers with the mobile app.

1. Tap on Customers in the navigation menu in the header bar.



A list of all customers stored in the system is displayed:



2. Use the search icon at the top left of the page to search for a particular customer (see Search for Tickets and Customers) - or scroll down to find the customer you want.

On this page you can also:

• View Customer Details
• Create New Customer
• Edit Customer Details
